Invitation for Establishing a Contemporary and Holistic Gender and Family Policy 2020
Today gender policy as exclusively women's policy is obsolete. Obviously, many countries in Europe still require government-regulated advancement of women with adequate budgeting. However, it should not remain the sole pillar of gender policy :

It is time to focus on both genders and their respective needs. The UN Women Department led the way in 2014 with a speech by Emma Watson, UN Women Goodwill Ambassador, to the UN General Assembly :
"It is time that we all perceive gender on a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideals."

She quoted from Hillary Clinton's speech at the World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995, at which only 30 % of the audience was male, and asked :
"How can we affect [positive] change in the world when only halfof it is invited or feels welcome to participate in the conversation ?"

Forum Sociale Inclusion stands for this inclusive and holistic approach and is actively involved in achieving these goals.
Gender policy for women will continue - in a modern, up-to-date approach :
  •  In the social inclusion of women in the labour market with governmental support structures.
  •  In women's advancement through enhancement and strengthening of women's self-esteem and empowerment - as is standard practice in the English-speaking world.
  •  In the social inclusion of single mothers in family taxation.
  •  And much more.
Gender policy for men would consist of a modern, up-to-date approach focusing on :
  •  Boys as educational losers.
  •  Men as the majority in unemployment statistics.
  •  Men as the gender with lower life-expectancy ( approximately 6 years ).
  •  Social inclusion of divorced fathers in family taxation.
  •  And much more.

We have daughters, we also have sons - and the responsibility for the future of both.
